Residential Choices

The Terrace residents can choose from a variety of studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans. While most residents provide their own furniture, The Terrace can provide assistance with obtaining furniture if necessary.

The Terrace Assisted Living bedroom units include a private bathroom with an easy-access shower and ample closet and storage spaces. All bathrooms have a 24-hour nightlight and grab bars.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are controlled individually in each bedroom unit. Every unit is equipped mini blinds and a 32-inch flat screen television. Basic cable and telephone access are available.
